Q. Will my item be packaged and shipped from a Virus Free environment?
A.
Absolutely! I live in my home by myself and have self-quarantined and ONLY make trips outside of the home for necessities. My home is disinfected daily and I personally take extreme hygienic measures to ensure that I do not expose myself to any harmful environments or situations. Any items that I package are packaged only after I have thoroughly washed my hands
, and I am not currently displaying ANY cold or flu-like symptoms. If I were to develop any symptoms I will temporarily stop selling items until it is deemed safe to do so. REST ASSURED your purchase(s) will be sent from a SAFE home and the upmost care is being taken to reduce any risk to you.
Q: When will my item(s) be sent to me?
A:
I will ship your order within one business day of receiving payment, unless there are circumstances beyond my control (i.e. weather closures, etc).
You will receive a package tracking number shortly after your order is packaged.
I ship orders Monday thru Friday (except postal holidays),as well as often on Saturdays. If there is a delay with shipping your order I will contact you directly.
For books, magazines or DVD's, etc that are sent via Media Mail, please allow 2-9 days for your item to arrive.
Q: Will you accept payment methods other than PayPal?
A:
At this time I can only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is fast and secure and it protects both the buyer and seller from many types of internet scams.
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A:
I do offer international shipping to many countries through the Global Shipping program. If you are a buyer located outside the of U.S. please check before bidding/purchasing to make sure that I ship to your location. Please be advised that some international destinations are expensive to ship to, therefore I advise to check shipping costs before bidding or purchasing. I do ship to Australia, Canada, most European countries, some South American countries, some countries in Asia, including Japan and Vietnam, Russia and all U.S. territories. Note that I do NOT ship to Mexico and most South American countries, as well as NO Middle Eastern countries, as I cannot guarantee delivery of any items sent to those locations.
Q: After I placed my order I decided I don't want the item. What can I do?
A:
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days for any item purchased that was received and NOT AS DESCRIBED or is DEFECTIVE (and defect was not noted in the listing). I will pay return shipping costs for the aforementioned items. If it appears your package was damaged in transit, please send me photos and notify me immediately. All packages sent are insured and a claim will be filed in the event of shipping related damage

Q: Will you combine shipping if I win multiple auctions or purchase multiple items from your store?

I will combine shipping charges whenever possible. Most items are eligible for combined shipping discounts. Certain items (i.e. large bulky items, extremely heavy items) may not be eligible for combined shipping discounts. Books will most always qualify for combined discounts. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about combined shipping discounts.
Q: Will you package my item carefully?
A:
I use the upmost care when packaging your item. I use a high quality, durable shipping tape on all boxes that I package. Any fragile items will be carefully wrapped in foam padding and/or bubble wrap, and packing peanuts will be used when necessary. Your item will be packaged securely and tight so that it does not shift around during handling and transit. I package all books in a rigid cardboard book mailer (unless otherwise noted in the listing) and your book will be wrapped in foam padding for extra protection during transit. Because of the added precautions I take to lessen the risk of your item(s) being damaged during transit, my shipping costs may be a little more than some other sellers, but this is to help cover the costs of the materials that I purchase for shipping protection, and to ease your concern in regards to your item arriving in the same condition as when it was packaged.
