1889 Hempstead Village Queens New York Hand Drawn Map
of the property of
Tredwell Elderd.
It is about 24.5"X15.5" and is completely hand drawn in ink with some pencil notations and is signed by the surveyor Thomas V. Smith. It is in need of restoration. It has numerous tears and is a little brittle and has some small damages on the edges and corners as well as some stains and areas of discoloration.
