Not quite sure how to "classify" this bottle.....original owner called it a "BITTERS" BOTTLE....as early "bitters" was considered a "medicinal tonic"....it is a self proclaimed "elixer estomacal" so a stomach
elixir.....but it is shaped like a tall skinny soda bottle
NICE OLD BOTTLE, CAME OUT OF AN ARIZONA COLLECTION OF MEXICO / ARIZONA BOTTLES, LOVE THE LONG SKINNY NECK ON THIS ONE....THIS ONE IS VERY NICE, GREAT COLOR, ...BOTTLE IS A PALE COLOR, COULD POSSIBLY TURN PURPLE, BEEN SITTING ON A SHELF FOR MANY YEARS, BUT HAS NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO THE SUN..NEVER BEEN POLISHED......HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE BEFORE HONESTLY.
With phrase Madrid - Mexico, believe this was possibly used in both Spain and Mexico......just spit ballin'
THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL  EXAMPLE OF AN OLD "STOMACH ELIXER" aka MEDICINAL TONIC / BITTERS BOTTLE...NICE CLEAR-ISH COLOR..A NICE CRISP STRIKE.... A BEAUTY......HAS  NOT BEEN CLEANED OR POLISHED IN ANY WAY...
I have inspected this bottle, seems really nice..glass is very nice, embossing is crisp, (see gallery)...Can find no cracks, no chips, or damage ...THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BOTTLE...I just got this one, and it is a real beauty,....if you hold to light you will see very crisp beautiful color (look at pictures held to sunlight).
The bottle is what I would call a clear color glass,  it stands about  9" tall ..and it is a very nice specimen...
