1935 lot of ORIGINAL letters & printed material (including one broadside and one broadsheet) from the Addison Sponge Company Inc, 118 East Court Street, Cincinnati, Ohio - wholesale distributors of Sponges and Chamois.
C. W. Addison was president of the company and he seems to have signed these letters etc. sent to the company's jobber in Birmingham Alabama.
There's a neat 2 page illustrated  broadsheet - reprinted from
Hardware Trade Journal
, April 1935 issue - howing what Chamois Skin is and how it was Manufactured. It measures 8

x 11 inches.
There are 2 original examples of the Addison Company's smaller broadside (e.g., printed on 1 side of sheet only) advertising, illustrating, describing & pricing the company's Gold Seal Brand Whole Skin Chamois. That measures 6 x 6

inches.
Then there are 3 letters signed by Addison on the company's illustrated letterhead, with ONE of the letters running to 3 pages.
Old folds from when originally folded for mailing; light wear; some foxing/toning to paper; old straight pin stuck into corner of 4 sheets. VERY GOOD overall.
