This note DOES NOT HAVE ANY "oil" stains that affected over 75% of the entire series!

Finding an example without the oil staining is quite the task & can get pricey!
These 1995 .00 Millennium STAR notes were limited to a TOTAL OF ONLY 9,999 NOTES PER DISTRICT! Only ATLANTA stars were issued for circulation & have a higher production total. NO OTHER DISTRICT ISSUED STARS FOR CIRCULATION!
