FRN 1976 courtesy autograph by Withrow, not Neff GEM

Description

This is a courtesy autograph my Mary E. Winthrow on a 1976 (The Bicentennial Year) Federal Reserve Note. It was designated a GEM or Very Fine Condition by and New York Coin dealer.  The interesting thing about this note is that Mary Winthrow was not the Treasurer of the US at this time.  It was actually, Francine Neff.
The note itself is in very good uncirculated condition.  No pinholes, tears or staining.  All corners are perfect.  The back of the note show The signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 which was being commemorated by this printed note. It was printed for the Minneapolis Reserve (I).  Might be a nice note to get graded.
I ship via the US Postal Service, either Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, or First Class Mail with tracking but no insurance. You can select which ever method you want at checkout.
