Albert Fischer Philadelphia PA Hutch Hutchinson mug base soda bottle 1880s blown

Description

For your consideration: a nice mug-based Hutchinson soda bottle from Philadelphia: " Albert Fischer ".  Embossed with the address: " Broad & / Clearfield Sts. / Philada, PA. ".  It was blown in aqua glass batch into a two-part private mold and finished with a tooled Hutchinson patent closure lip in the later 1880's - '90 era.  " A F " -embossed in hollow block letters on the reverse.  " A.F. " -embossed on the base.  This was recovered in a Philadelphia privy excavation within the last year.  It is in very good dug condition with no damage at all.  Light use wear some light patchy ground haze.  Nice stretching and micro-bubbles scattered throughout the glass, especially in the neck area.  This one would clean up really well.  A great, less common mug Hutch for Phila.  It measures: 7 13/16" X 2 5/16".
