This cup was manufactured by the
KRYSTOL
Custard Glass Co. and it has nice
RED COLORED
lettering with
ornate
GOLD
studs
around
the bottom, along with a lovely pattern cut into the glass, even on the bottom.
This
is
very early custard glass that
dates a good
100 YEARS OLD old
if not more
!

", it is weakly written but enough to recognize it as such.
Condition
:   Cup is in CLEAN condition.  The gold rim shows wear, and there is some wear on the lettering and the gold studs.  Otherwise, NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.

A small souvenir tooth pick holder from a small American town, an antique cup that is
made with OLD custard glass.  Back in the day these little souvenir custard glass vessels were often won at small-town fairs, or sold in small businesses to advertise the town.   These are often referred to as " tooth pick holders' " as I guess that is what they were used for besides decoration.  This is a Krystol Diamond and Peg pattern handled cup. This pattern was produced from 1907 to 1924.  It is a custard glass cup. The peg part of the pattern is also gilded to look like the cup is
DIAMOND STUDDED
, just a great look!   but most of that has also worn off. This is a great old piece of custard glass.A great little example here,
