    ANTIQUE STRAIGHT SIDED UNDERWOOD SPRING MINERAL
    WATER APPLIED CROWN FALMOUTH FORESIDE ME
    You are bidding on a straight sided
    UNDERWOOD SPRING
    applied crown top mineral water bottle from Falmouth Foreside, Maine. Dating between 1893-1910, this bottle is clear in color standing 9" tall by 2-1/8" diameter. It is blown in mold and has an early, applied crown top (NOT machine made), very heavy, thick glass cylindrical shaped body and a recessed dimpled base.   It is embossed in strong arched lettering within an oval shaped slug plate and reads as follows:

    FORESIDE
    ME
    This bottle is in excellent condition with just a small impact bruise on the lower portion of the base and some light internal haze.
