    Description

    This is a nice beer bottle that measures 9 1/4 inches tall.  The original wire and metal closure is still on the neck of the bottle.  The metal closure is stamped "Patent Exp'd / Jan 5, 92" around the number 3 (see photos). The bottle is embossed on the shoulder "Registered". Beneath that, in a tombstone shaped slug plate is embossed "J.M. Erts. (arched) / Poughkeepsie, / N. Y." (see photos).  The base is embossed "N". This bottle is sparkling clean, with no chips or bruises.
