  • Condition: There is a small chip on the edge of the flower handle, and some light wear on the gold trim. No other chips or cracks.

    Description

    Crown Staffordshire England dresser or vanity jar, white with pink flowers and a green ribbon. The pattern is said to be A4231. Based on my research the jar dates to the early to mid 1900s.
    The knob on the lid is shaped like a flower.
    There is gold trim around the edge of the jar, the lid, and the edge of the flower handle.
    There is some light wear on the gold trim, a dark spot under the glaze on one side, and a small chip off the end of a petal on the knob. I showed all of this in the pictures.
    The piece measures about 5.5 inches tall, including the lid.
