Signed Crown Staffordshire J.T. Jones Bluebird Figurine
For your consideration is this beautiful decorative Royal Staffordshire fine porcelain bird figurine.
This bird is a gorgeous decorated figurine designed and modeled by "J.T. Jones".
J T  Jones was the Art Director at Crown Staffordshire for over thirty years. Born in 1898 Jack Jones joined Crown Staffordshire at the age of thirteen and worked for the company for forty-seven years. At the time of his death he was described as one of the leading designers of bone china table ware, but today he is probably known best for the range of bird groups that he designed for Crown Staffordshire.
This lovely bird figurine dates circa 1940's. It is in very good condition.
This bird stands 2 1/2” tall and the width is 2 1/4 inches.  Lovely bird perched with wide wing span.  This bird is decorated in beautiful colors. Just gorgeous!
Very good condition. No chips cracks or repairs.
