Signed by Dr. Staelin Korv. Kupt. u. Fl. Chef.
who I have identified was the flotilla chief of the
4th Port Protection Flotilla in Cuxhaven from
February 1942 to April 1943, so we have a definite
time period of this signature during WW2.
