Never used but was displayed for many years. Some marks, normal wear. No cracks or chips to note. Some paint wear (most just the hand painting flaws). May be some light scratches and the like from storage. Nice, but not brand new or mint. Please look over the pictures. Normal wear from age and similar. If you need a brand new item this may not be best. Will need a clean. I will leave that up to the purchaser.
