Glass is a light blue/green color but varies depending on how it is held to the light

USED
Condition.  Bottle shows honest wear from use, age and years of storage.  Wear consists of scratches, rubs, flea bites and chips, NO cracks.  Flea bites/nicks that I can catch a fingernail on are located on the embossed E and L of HOWELL.  Small chip on the H on bottom.  Bottle has bubbles throughout.  Wrinkle in glass on blob top that looks like a crack but is not.  Bottle is
DIRTY
inside and has not been cleaned.  Old stopper is still present in the neck of the bottle and is dirty/dusty on the top.  Stopper is
NOT
