We offer a copper plated oval medallion associated with the 1970 Long Beach-Hennessy Cup Race.
The medallion is inscribed with:

COGNAC, FRANCE
The medallion is decorated with a speeding motorboat and the Hennessy logo of an arm holding an axe.
The medallion shows some dings from usage and some of the base metal shows where the copper plating has rubbed off. The reverse shows traces of felt and glue tracks. Overall the medallion measures 4 1/2" by 3 5/8" by 1/4".
