    Hollyhock
    from his extraordinary, and very rare,
    Album of Western Plants and Flowers
    published c. 1917. (See Plate 55, Konan:
    Japanese Woodblock Flower Prints
    , Dover Publications, 2008).
    This is a beautiful original Tanigami Konan. It is truly a classic ukiyo-e image. It would be a superb choice for any discerning collector. Matted and framed, this print would make a stunning presentation by itself or would be an impressive addition to an arrangement with other prints.
