This offering is for an antique circa 1890's blob top soda from East St Louis Illinois. The bottle is clear glass embossed in an elongated oval "SPANNAGEL S & M W CO E ST LOUIS ILLS." and on the base is a large S. The bottle measures app. 7.25" in height and as seen in our photo's it could used a proper cleaning. The embossing appears to be a little on the weak side but I do not see any chips or cracks. I read where this oval version of the slug plate is more scarce than the more commonly seen round version but I don't know how accurate that is. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 8.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
