YETTER & MOORE
applied crown top soda bottle from Riverhead & Center Moriches Long Island, NY.  Dating between 1893-1905, this bottle is aqua in color standing 8" tall by 2-1/4" diameter. It is blown in mold and has an early, applied crown top (NOT machine made), very heavy, thick glass cylindrical shaped body and a round bottom base.   It is embossed in arched lettering within the horseshoe and across the base and reads as follows:
YETTER & MOORE RIVER HEAD L.I.
HORSESHOE TRADEMARK (Y WITHIN M)
& CENTRE MORICHES
CONTENTS 8 OZ.
This bottle is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips.  There is some light internal product haze.
You will receive the exact early Long Island bottle shown in the auction if you are the successful bidder.
