*Up for sale here is a rare soda / mineral water bottle from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This bottle is in a blue aqua shade. This example should date from about 1890. This hutch is in near perfect shape, and has seen some slight wear. No chips, pings or dings, and displays well. The glass is clean.
*It is crisply embossed on the front open face, as it reads ~ "ENGLISH MINERAL / WATER Co. / PITTSBURGH, Pa." On the base it has the very bold "HF." initials. Then on the lower reverse heel it carries the "A.G.W.L.", Pittsburgh glass house initials.
This shorter example measures 6 1/2 inches tall, and 2 3/8 inches in diameter. You will be well pleased with this vintage piece of soda pop bottling history, from southwestern Pennsylvania.
