This listing is for a creamer from the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. This china design has the blue eagle atop a laurel wreath. The colors are very strong. The underside has a green stamp of “24” and also is marked, “Shenango China, New castle, PA USA, RimRol, WelRock, T/M, H-13.”  The item is approximately 2 3/4” tall and its opening is 1 3/4” in diameter. It is in very good vintage condition. There are chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. Please see photos to supplement this description.
