If you are needing one or more markers or eraser for your SMARTBoard that used this type of touch marker, this original parts set will fill the need.  This set is from and for any of the SB600-series models, also compatible with SB500-series, SBM600-series, and SBM800-series models.
The marker and eraser operate with no internal electronic parts, so if a marker with ink cap on it or the side of your hand does not work with your SMARTBoard to write and erase, you have another hardware, USB connectivity, or software problem. There is no way that these items cannot work with your properly operating, properly configured SMARTBoard, so order with confidence that this set will serve you as "good as new."
The marker & eraser tray for the SB500 series was designed to hold a round eraser, so, while this eraser will work with total compatibility with an older SB580 or SB560, it will not fit correctly the round recess of those models' trays.
