Sturmartillerie (from Assault guns to hunting panther)

Description

This soft cover booklet in English tells that tanks were to be used within German Armored divisions for operational warfare. The infantry, which was left without armored support, demanded a vehicle of their own.  Therefore an armored vehicle to be used to support artillery for assault and anti-tank purposes was created.   In approximate 50 pages in word and photographs and illustrations these vehicles are covered, they are: Sturmgeschutz IIIA, heavy assault gun 33, Sturmgeschutz IV L/48, jagdpanzer IV, Jagdpanzer "Hetzer" and JAGDPANTHER.    The size of the booklet is approximate wide 7 1/4 x height 10 3/4 x thickness 2/8 inches.
