Very Nice P.J. Dowiat Westville Illinois Spelling Error Hutchinson Soda Bottle!

Here is a very nice rare hutchinson soda bottle from Illinois. It is embossed in a slug plate: P.J. DOWIAT WESTVILLE ILL. On the base is embossed the letters: P.J.D. Above the back heel is lightly embossed the glass company letters: R.G. CO. 201
. This bottle was not listed on the Hutchbook web site until recently. This bottle is IL1109.5 and is the exact same bottle that I submitted a picture of. Dowiat is misspelled and should be spelled Dowiatt. There is a Dowiatt Street still in Westville today.

his bottle is in great shape with no chips or cracks. It has very little case wear and almost no haze.
As the pics show, this bottle displays very nicely and would make a great addition to your collection. Westville is located just south of Danville.
