Vintage Crown Staffordshire Yellow & Gold Gilt Rose Scrollwork Tea Cup & Saucer
Absolutely stunning porcelain bone china tea cup and saucer. Nicely decorated with gold gilt scrollwork and rose designs over a yellow background. With gold gilding along the edge of the saucer, foot rim of the cup and gold highlights to the handle of the cup. Marked on the bottom fine Bone China Crown Estd 1801 Staffordshire Made in England.
Has overall crazing to the cup, a few in manufacture base flakes to the foot rim of the cup and saucer, and some minor wear to the gilding, but no post manufacture chips or cracks.
The cup measures 4 5/8" wide including the handle x 2 5/8" tall.
The saucer measures 5 1/2" wide.
