Vintage Green Virginia Etna Springs Co. 6 ounce bottle from Vinton, Virginia
Bottle is used but in excellent condition - no chips, cracks, etc. It will need a bit of TLC to clean off some dirt from aging.
Embossed on the bottle is “Virginia Etna Springs Co. Vinton, Va.” Bottle is a little dirty on the interior otherwise it’s in good shape. It is pretty thick for its size. It is approximately 7.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches in diameter at its widest point. It is marked on the Bottom 357 & LGW with the number 4.
Virginia Etna Springs Company, manufacturers of mineral water and ginger ale, began as Virginia Aetna Lithia Springs. It was valued and distributed throughout the East and even in Europe. They produced ginger ale, mineral water and other flavors such as grape, orange and lemon - all using spring water.
