In good preowned, condition--no box. He has some paint abrasion/blurbs to his hands from use & also on the base & shoes (see close-ups). The left hand holding the handles, moves slightly - the other hand is glued firmly in place. Neither arm is meant to move. He has 2 sticks/tools for chimney cleaning as shown, one with a scrubber brush end… the other has Santa’s hat (he must have been cleaning the chimney on Christmas eve :). He has a black foam scarf? over one shoulder next to his red pocket hankie. Tall whimsical hat has sponged pattern. His faux fur hair and mustache is unkempt and naturally sheds a bit. Made of wood with faux fur, and felt outfit and foam scarf.
