Very rare book 1939- Gedenktafel - 1945 Gefallene und Vermisste Ehemalige Schueler Der AHS (Memorial - Fallen and Missing Former Students of the Adolf Hitler School). Dust jacket shows where but book itself is very new looking. 158 pages.
THE BOOK IS IN GERMAN
Because this was one of the elite schools, most of those pictured were in elite units like the Waffen SS (Germania, Nibelungen, Viking, etc) Brandenburg, Hermann Goering Div of the Luftwaffe, Gross Deutschland, a camp leader in the KLV, and some of the younger/older former students were in the Volkssturm.
